This Is How You Get Involved:

• You know the customer's expectations and objectives regarding individual features.
• You know the product vision, can break it down into individual features and thus provide orientation to the team and stakeholders
• You are responsible for the value-adding development of individual features by prioritizing customer requirements.
• You support the development team in the independent technical implementation of the features, in an advisory capacity and by designing solution approaches.
• You understand how to represent functional requirements for the features in user stories.

This Is What You Bring With You:

Necessary:

• Project management skills
• Experience in requirements management
• Strong presentation skills, strong communication skills, creativity and the creation of technical concepts
• The ability to prioritize tasks, always have a good eye for detail and work independently and carefully
• German and English skills at C1 level

Ideal:

• Completed degree with a computer science background or comparable qualification
• Experience with agile development methods such as Scrum or Kanban
• Initial knowledge of Federal Information Management (FIM)

Desirable:

• Initial experience with the tools Jira and Confluence and in the area of ​​data modeling
• Initial experience in dealing with laws and regulations, WCAG and accessibility
• Experience in the area of ​​eGov
