You will join the Manufacturing division, made up of different profiles: Product Manager, business coordinator, tech lead, integrator, OPS. The team is flexible according to needs and can be reinforced with expert profiles (Network, Cloud, UX&Change, etc.).

You work closely with the integration teams as well as the Support teams who ensure the maintenance and supervision of the systems.  

The division is responsible for supporting tooling and defining processes for the editing, mixing, computer graphics, conductor construction, dressing, etc. professions. The division is also a contributor to the Production Transformation program.

As a PO, your mission will be to contribute to the definition of the product roadmap which must be consistent with the trajectory of the Pole and the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with UX experts to propose and improve user journeys
  • Meet the end users (journalists/editors/graphic designers, etc.) to understand their needs and their issues
  • Create and monitor business indicators to manage the achievement of objectives
  • Analyze user feedback and usage metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement

And also:

  • Feed and prioritize the product backlog with functional needs collected in the form of user stories
  • Work closely with our Purchasing and Legal representatives when issuing calls for tenders to suppliers
  • Challenge stakeholders as soon as expressing their requests would not bring value (user benefit) or would be incompatible with the overall strategy.
  • Monitor the integration of solutions and ensure the interface with the external supplier  
  • Ensure compliance with commitments in terms of quality, costs and deadlines
  • Define test cases, manage testing, support production launch
  • Challenge technical directions to ensure they are compatible with expected user value
  • Support the run in the analysis and resolution of complex incidents.
  • Drive deployments and user support  
  • Organize and lead agile committees and rituals

Who you are:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in Product Owner roles
  • You have a strong sense of the profession and the customer, excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
  • Finally, beyond the project management skills required for the position, you have strong interpersonal skills and naturally enjoy working in a team.
  • You are proactive and demonstrate autonomy, listening skills and curiosity.
  • You have mastered agile methods
  • You know how to say “No” wisely while seeking compromise.
  • You demonstrate a strong sense of organization (anticipation, method, rigor), an ability to synthesize ideas, as well as writing skills.
  • Having already worked in the media sector and with market publishers is a plus: DALET, VIZ
